JOB SUMMARY: The Cook is responsible for assisting in the preparation of all foods according to the menu, ensuring that food is prepared in a timely, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in both quantity and quality food production, be able to follow recipes and menus precisely, and be committed to improving their culinary skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1st Shift CNC Machine Operators

POSITION OVERVIEW: CNC Machine Operators are critical in our machining, assembly, and heat treat processes for powertrain, suspension, and brake parts used in on and off-highway automotive applications. Operators are responsible for setting up and operating multi-axis CNC equipment, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate multi-axis CNC equipment including Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers, Gear Hobbing Machines, and CNC Lathes with live tooling.
  • Machine product per drawing specifications and QA Best Practices.
  • Set up and run cell equipment with the appropriate CNC programs, tooling, and fixtures.
  • Read sketches and blueprints to translate into machine setups.
  • Perform first piece inspections and make adjustments to meet specifications.
  • Regularly report on production rates, machine utilization, quality issues, yield, and efficiency.
  • Utilize overhead cranes and lift trucks for loading/unloading parts.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and support major repairs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency with CNC operations including tool tables, setup screens, program reading, and basic program adjustments.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
