Position is responsible for proper installation, maintenance,

2. Responsible for keeping equipment in good working order.
3. Responsible for the safety and welfare of maintenance employees on his/her

POSITION- Machine Operator

Location: Fowlerville, MI
Compensation: $15.50
Schedule 6:00am-2:00pm
Position Overview: 

  • Set up, operate, and maintain assembly machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure quality of products by conducting regular inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency.

2nd shift Material Handler

Location: Fowlerville, MI

Compensation: $17.00 w/ .55 shift premium – WEEKLY PAY!
Schedule: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm Monday to Friday
Position Overview: Material Handler

  • Using job schedules to determine which jobs to stage and the order in which to stage them.
  • Maintain inventory by completing cycle counts.
  • Load and unload material from cells as needed and check counters periodically so that materials do not run out during the job runs, or in preparation for the next scheduled job.
  • Move parts to designated areas and dispose of scrap in the appropriate scrap bins.
  • Keep material rack area organized and clean.
  • Log material correctly in the computer system

Position Overview:
Join Fastemps as a Die Setter with Leadership Skills! We are seeking knowledgeable individuals in Pressroom Operations with mechanical inclination. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity starting immediately. As a Die Setter, you will play a crucial role in our success as a metal stamping powerhouse company with multiple locations.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that die maintenance is performed according to the die tag.
  • Confirm that the Spectrum is set up correctly for each set-up.
  • Follow die setting procedures for each press, ensuring set-up sheets are updated as needed.
  • Maintain presses stocked with materials.
  • Document piece counts at the end of each run, shift change, or job change.
  • Observe visual and gauge quality of presses in the assigned area.

 
Qualities/Skills for Personal Growth:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Press Operation/Die Setter experience.
  • Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
  • Proficient with both hand and power tools.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
