**shift premium available for 2nd and 3rd**

UPON HIRE PAY SCALE:

  • Increased to $18.00 upon hire as direct employee.
  • 6 months after hire increased again to $18.50.
  • 1 year after hire increased again to $19.50.

SCHEDULE:

3pm – 11pm Monday to Friday. Saturday is possible if the customer demands. If overtime is required, you may have to come two hours prior to shift start.

11pm – 7am Sunday to Thursday. Overtime as needed.

  • Verify that die maintenance has been done according to the die tag.
  • Confirm that the Spectrum is set up correctly for that set-up.

  • Keep presses stocked with materials.
  • Document piece counts for the end of each run, shift change and/or changing of job.

As a Millwork Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating industry-specific woodworking equipment, ensuring precise and efficient preparation of lumber for wholesale use.
