CNC Machine Operator – All Shifts Available
COMPENSATION:
- 1st Shift: $17.00 per hour
- 2nd Shift: $17.80 per hour ($0.80 shift differential)
- 3rd Shift: $18.00 per hour ($1.00 shift differential)
LOCATION: Jackson, MI
SCHEDULE:
- 1st Shift: 6:48 AM – 3:18 PM
2nd Shift: 2:48 PM – 11:18 PM
3rd Shift: 10:48 PM – 7:18 AM - Monday to Friday (Saturday possible)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking CNC Machine Operators to join our team in machining, assembly, and heat treatment of powertrain, suspension, and brake parts for on- and off-highway automotive applications. Operators are responsible for setting up and running CNC machines while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate multi-axis CNC equipment, including Horizontal & Vertical Machining Centers, Gear Hobbing Machines, and CNC Lathes with live tooling.
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to perform machine setups.
- Set up and run CNC programs, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures for each job.
- Perform first-piece inspections and adjust machines as needed to meet specifications.
- Conduct periodic visual and dimensional inspections to ensure quality.
- Report production rates, machine utilization, quality issues, yield, and efficiency.
- Load and unload parts using an overhead crane or lift truck.
- Perform preventative maintenance and assist in major machine repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized machining area following 5S standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with CNC machine operation, setup, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric dimensions & tolerances (GD&T).
- Proficiency in using metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
- Understanding of machine tooling and proper tool selection.
- Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) – daily checks, lubrication, cleaning components.
- Self-directed and capable of running multiple CNC machines.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes, pallet jacks, and lift trucks.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Basic CNC program reading and editing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot CNC machines and make adjustments.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping.

Production Team Member – All Shifts Available
LOCATION: Chelsea, MI
COMPENSATION & HOURS:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $16.75 per hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $16.75 per hour + $1.00 shift premium

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
