Pre-employment Screening


All candidates receive the standard screening:
• A thorough, face-to-face interview
• A national, county-by-county criminal history, including sex offender lists
• Verification of the right to work on E-Verify
• Drug screening – 5 panel unless additional substances are requested
• Client-specific testing and screening
• Verification of any required licensing
• Verification of education on request
• Reference checks on request

Additional testing and evaluation is overseen by Tim Hoylman, one of the owners. Tim has advanced degrees in psychology from the University of Southern California, Berkeley and Miami of Ohio. Drawing on Tim’s knowledge and experience as well as a library of testing tools, FasTemps has the ability to develop a testing program specific to your screening needs.

You can depend on FasTemps to follow through with the screening which has been agreed upon. No exceptions.
